Hi everyone, I am new to the whole “cleanse tone and moisturise” system and I just don’t have a clue what brand of products to buy. I am just looking for a starter regime and kit, I think I have a normal skin type but I still want something that is gentle with no alcohol or anything like that. I also have a lot of blackheads, but apart from that my skin is fairly clear (luckily lol). Oh I am a teenager by the way but I don’t need any spot treatment products and most companies are either concerned in “spot away” products or anti aging stuff. I am just really lost lol! My biggest goal in life is to just live as long as possible. I’ve already started drinking almost only water and exercising daily, as well as eating fruits and vegetables much more often. What supplements (like antioxidants, whatever) would be best to put off death as long as possible? I’m 19 now, by the way.
Live “as long as possible”. Of course I’m going to die (though if age-stopping technology is developed during my life, that’s cool too.) And I won’t really mind outliving my friends/family, or at least I don’t think so now.
