i am so tempted to pick them! and i feel like when i have an open zit the creams and things that i use on my face work better because they are getting right in my skin. expect for one problem is that i cannot use coverup when i pick it, but i think that i wont have that problem in the morning after i pick it.. if that means sense.

looks like herpes
They didn’t look that bad…OK, maybe they did.
Shoot it!!
their is sumtin called proactiv
okay first off this is kind of a disturbing question..
but second.. those arent zits hun.. those are cold sores.. i get them too.
there is no way to make them go away like by tommarrow but if you get abreva it helps A TON
That looks more like a form of herpes. Don’t freak because there are several types of herpes. I would go to a doctor.
that looks really bad, it looks infected or something. I would go to a dermatologist. Talk to your parents and see what they think.
Try Proactive but definatly go see a dermatologist
STOP PICKING IT ASAP! dab with isopropal (rubbing) alcohol. This is going to burn, but it will kill germs and then immediately cover with neosporin (you can get the kind that has pain relief it in). Let it absorb and do not even THINK about popping/picking/nudging/squeezing/ANYTHING to that skin. The hard layer will continue growing back if you keep picking it off. It will heal faster and be easier to cover up if you keep it clean and mosturized with neosporin.
The first thing you want to do is stop putting cover up over them. That is only clogging your pores making them look even worse.
This is how I care for my skin:
1. In the morning and at night I wash my hands very good with a soap from a store that sells only organic things.
2. I wash my face with an organic soap. I do this twice to make sure I get all the debris off. Plus there is moisture in the soap so I know I am not drying my face out.
3. I use a toner to get the bacteria out of my pores.
4. I use a moisturizer both night and day (even though I am prone to breakouts also).
5. The moisturizer I use in the morning contains sunscreen, both UVA and SPF.
6. When I wear make-up I wear only organic make-up. It looks fresh and I don’t look made up.
7. I use an under eye moisturizer that is organic.
8. Especially in the winter, I spray rose water on my face and neck.
9. Remember, your skin breathes and anything you put on it goes into your body. So it should always be organic.
10. Make yourself a smoothie every day with frozen fruit, yogurt, aloe juice (another thing I often put on my face after washing it). But, drink the smootie, of course.
11. I, personally, buy a lot of my products on line. They are called Dr. Hauschka products. I also love “Suki” products.
I am 44 years old and I don’t go out much, but last week I went out with the girls, asked for some red wine and got carded.
However, I would see a Dr., were I you, because these may not be pimples.
i don’t think they’re zits. it looks like you have cold sores or maybe herpes. you really need to stop touching them or it will get worse. tell your mother about this so she can take you to your doctor, just in case. i hope it’s nothing serious.
Obviously I’m not dermatologist, but those look to me like they might be cystic pimples that have gotten aggravated from picking. I get them too, usually when I have my period or when I’m stressed, and most commonly next to my mouth and on my chin. If you leave them alone (although they are painful and I understand its hard not to pick) they usually don’t end up looking too bad, but as soon as you do pick they tend to scab over and get terrible to deal with.
There are two things I can tell you that work for me once they get to that point. The first one is to not pick at the scabs. I know it hurts, I know they look terrible, but by picking them you’re only prolonging the pain. After a couple of days they should dry up and the scab will peel off without causing them to bleed again. As far as products, I do use benzoyl peroxide, as prescribed by my dermatologist, but the best things for me to do have been to drink a lot of water and a few times a day hold a hot (but not unbearably so) towel to the problem spot. I couldn’t tell you why, but it seems to break up the oils and make the spot less swollen and less painful.
All the best to you, if you continue to have this kind of acne I definitely suggest visiting your doctor as cystic acne is, of course, very painful and notorious for scarring.
