I am into anti ageing i want to stay youthful and look young. I use dr.denese products and elysee products and now i use dermitage. But i also want my body and face to look and be healthy. Does anyone know what food makes me glow.

    salads , fruits &green vegetables moreover drink lot of water

    Large amounts of tomatoes help preserve the skin from sun damage.
    Most berries and small helpings of tea help eliminate antioxidants.
    Water keeps skins, liver, kidneys and brain hydrated.
    Spinach fights against age-related eye damage
    Keep junk food, dairy products, cigarettes and alcohol intake to a minimum.
    Swap the ready meals for frozen foods- they contain less additives.
    Don’t use a detox as a quick-solution diet. Instead follow a low in fat, high in fruit and veg diet

    Food on its own will assist with keeping young and healthy but you also need to:
    Cleanse, tone moisturise daily.
    Aim for 6-8hrs sleep per night.
    Try to exercise 3-5 times a week.
    Detox your diet, environment and emotions regularly
    Smile a lot!
