   Insurance payed, didnt help me much.

   For age spots and freckles, I would recommend chemical peels if your skin type looks appropriate. IPL and laser treatments are more expensive and are at best equally effective. For peel therapy (a series of light or one or two medium peels,) you are probably looking at about $1000. Fraxel will probably run you two to three times as much.
