I want to try natural methods but am afraid they won’t be strong enough to ward off aging.I haven’t got a wrinkle yet, and don’t want to for a while.

Ok to start off with, no anti wrinkle cream works…its all marketing and thats bascially all you are paying for..I work for a dermatologist and really the only thing that is going to stop you from getting wrinkles is this – exercise, dont smoke, dont eat fatty foods, stay out of the sun, and drink heaps of water..Now anti wrinkle companies arent going to tell you this because they arent making any money from you by looking after yourself…
