Wrinkle creams for the young?

I’m 21, but oh-so interested in keeping my skin healthy! Is it too early to start using firming / wrinkle / anti-aging creams?
Will the moisturizing properties of these products cause my young pores to clog? I am not oily, but still prone to PMS-induced breakouts. I’d especially love to hear from some “30’s and up” ladies on this one. How soon did you start with these products, and which ones would you recommend for someone my age?
natural/paraben/sulfite free face care?

I’ve had it! Burts bees makes my face break out in a rash. Now I’ve been trying Dessert Essence anti aging and again, I’ve broken out into little tiny clear bubbles… I’ve also been using Jason night renewal cream and natures gate wrinkle diffuser. Aubrey organics doesn’t get the job done. I have sensitive skin that is at times dry. I hardly ever wear face makeup. Please suggest a product lineup: cleanser, moisturizer preferably anti wrinkle/aging… if you feel ambitious you can toss in masks/exfoliants for good measure

Premature aging – creams to prevent?
January 26, 2009 by Anti Aging 4Life

My skin is prone to damage. I’m 22 and I already see fine lines appearing around my mouth and eyes. My mother said that it happened to her around my age too. I was wondering what the best anti-aging face cream would be to use as a preventative against aging? I already drink pleanty of water and take vitamin supplements and now I’m looking for a really good cream/moisturizer. Any suggestions of creams that really do work as a preventative?
Whatever moisturizer I use my skin is still always so oily?

I know I obviously have oily skin but even with the oil-free, supposedly “absorb quickly” lotions my skin later on through out the day gets twice as oily & shiny. I’m only 21 but trying to find the right anti-aging moisturizers (as for fixing some damage and mainly for prevention) that work well for my oily skin type. I recently just got my Meaningful Beauty (Cindy Crawford line) 30-day kit, so I’m hoping the SPF 20 day moisturizer works well on my skin. Any advice though on other moisturizers or in general??
I’m using the Proactiv system as my cleansing/acne regimen.
Anti-oxidents in vegetables?

As anti-oxidents have been proved to be the best way to safeguard against many diseases such as cancer and disabilities such as macular degeneration, people should take note that by eating a more vegetarian styled diet they could enhance their wellbeing. All sufferers of age related macular degeneration are told by doctors to eat vegetables rich in anti-oxidents.
This is one area of food intake I knew nothing about until I got AMD. I now eat a more vegetarian diet nowadays and my health has improved. My cholestrol has come right down to below the acceptable level.
I doubt the population at large knows anything about anti-oxidents. Perhap`s the government should take this on board and educate people in better ways of eating. People will eat what they want or like but it´s about choice.
Does anyone have a view on this subject or know anything about anti-oxidents.
